The upper floor flat is a modern furnished holiday flat (approx. 80 m²) and suitable for up to 4 people
The flat has its own entrance and terrace with a spectacular view of the water. The flat consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two single beds), bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped open kitchen with dining table, terrace with seating area. The equipment of the flat includes an LCD TV, air conditioning, WiFi, large fridge with freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (1x for free/week, after 1x10€), coffee maker and kettle.
The house is located in the first row to the water in the bay Pantera, which is in the place Veli Rat on the island Dugi Otok (Long Island). You can reach the island of Dugi Otok up to 4 times a day with the car-ferry connection from Zadar to the town of Brbinj, as well as with a regular passenger fast ferry. The house is situated in a very quiet location (with only 2 houses in the neighbourhood).

The town of Veli Rat is within walking distance. The well-known beautiful sandy bay Sakarun is only about 1500m away. A public jetty is located directly in front of the house.
2 parking spaces are available. On the shared terrace there is a barbecue grill, a washing area and a spacious gazebo with furniture for all residents. Guests stay here throughout the summer. The town of Veli Rat is situated in a bay, with a maximum depth of about 3 metres.
There is a marina Baotic in Veli Rat, with many bays. It is one of the best known and best protected natural harbours in the region for sailing and motor boats. For guests who are interested, it is possible to rent a mooring nearby for an additional fee.
Dugi Otok is the largest island in northern Dalmatia and is known for its great diversity and contrasts. The length is about 45 km, the width between 1 km and 4 km, the highest peak is called Vela Straza 338 m and with a steep south-west coast, breathtaking cliffs and numerous bays, among which the sandy beach Sakarun and the nature park Telascica are the most famous.
